About These Terms

These terms apply to care-3d.com and to the messages and calls you agree to receive from CARE 3D LLC (Jesse Gabriel Photography), Eureka, California. By using the site or agreeing to be contacted, you accept these terms.

Bookings and Payments

Shoots are booked and paid through our order form, run by HD Photo Hub, and payments at closing are handled by Titus. Prices, package contents and add-ons are the ones shown on the order form when you book.

How We Contact You

Program name: CARE 3D client messages. When you share your phone number or email with us and agree to be contacted, CARE 3D may contact you by text message, email and phone call, including texts and calls sent by an automated system. We contact clients, past clients and people who asked to know more about our services, about replies to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, deliveries, review requests and follow-ups, and, only if you also agree to marketing, offers and news.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of booking or purchase.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to a text, say "stop" on a call, or reply STOP to an email or use its unsubscribe link. You will get one message confirming that you have opted out, and we will not contact you again unless you agree again. Reply HELP to a text for help, or write to [email].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

How we collect, use and protect your information, including your phone number and your consent to be contacted, is in our Privacy Policy at https://care-3d.com/privacy/. We never share or sell your mobile number or your consent with third parties for their marketing.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
