How much does real estate photography cost?
Packages start at $199 for HD Photos & Floor Plan, $349 for PRO and $549 for PLUS. The price goes by the home's square footage.
Does my brokerage's rate apply?
Yes. Your brokerage rate applies automatically when you book with your work email.
How fast do I get my real estate photos?
The next business day.
Where do you offer real estate photography?
Humboldt, Trinity and Del Norte counties, at the same prices in all three. We also shoot in Mendocino, Sonoma, Lake and Napa counties. Travel beyond 30 miles from the photographer's home base is $0.75 per mile, round trip.
When are you open?
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
What is the Marketing Kit?
A single-page property website, 15+ flyer designs with a QR code, 40+ social media tiles and 70+ slideshow videos, MLS-ready links and embed codes, and listing booklets and brochures in 4- and 8-page layouts, ready to print. It comes with PRO and PLUS and can be added to HD Photos for $39.
Where does my 3D virtual tour show up?
Your tour goes on Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com and Redfin. Every 3D tour includes a 7-day Zillow boost.
Do you make floor plans for real estate listings?
Yes. A 2D floor plan comes with HD Photos & Floor Plan. PRO comes with a 2D & 3D floor plan. Each plan is drawn from detailed measurements of the home, and with a 3D tour the plan is built into the tour.
Do you offer twilight real estate photography?
Yes. Virtual twilight is made from your daylight photos, at $15 per photo.
Do you shoot real estate video?
Yes. PLUS comes with six 30–60 second dynamic videos, portrait or landscape.
Do you do commercial real estate photography?
Yes. Commercial listing photos use the same packages and prices.
Are your pilots licensed for real estate drone photography?
Yes. Our drone pilots are FAA Part 107 certified.
How do I get a house ready for real estate photos?
Send your sellers our photo-day checklist before the shoot.
What if it is cloudy on the day of the shoot?
The shoot goes ahead. On an overcast day we replace the gray sky with a clear one in your listing photos and in the 3D virtual tour. Sky replacement for drone photos is an add-on.
Do you offer 3D laser scanning and as-built drawings?
Yes. We document buildings that already exist: 3D laser scanning (LiDAR), point clouds, as-built drawings and BIM models.
Can I pay when the home sells?
Yes. Choose pay at close when you book. The application takes about two minutes and does not affect your credit. You pay when the home closes. If it does not sell, payment is due six months after the first disbursement.
Do you label digitally altered photos?
Yes. California law AB 723 covers digitally altered listing photos. Our sky replacement, virtual twilight and virtually staged photos carry a label, and the original photo comes right after the edited one.
